T-ball registration is currently being accepted for the YWCA/Church at Stony Hill/ The Gift Exchange Co-Ed T-ball program. The program begins June 9, 2012 and runs for 8 weeks. This program is for girls and boys, ages 3-7 years old. This is a co-ed league and each game lasts approximately one hour. You will be contacted with the team color. Also, a medal will be given out at the end of the season for each child.
To register, please download and complete the forms and return them with your check payable to Church at Stony Hill by May 18, 2012. If you are signing up more than one child in the family, please complete one form per child. Please write on the top of the registration forms to place the children on the same team.
Team pictures will be taken. You will receive information regarding pictures PRIOR to picture day.
All games are played at Church at Stony Hill, 2756 Stony Hill Rd., Medina, OH 44256.
Fees are $45.00 per child for early bird registration or $50.00 per child from March 17th to May 18th and checks can be made out to Church at Stony Hill. Online payment will be available shortly. Please note, if you chose to pay online, you still must complete the t-ball registration & emergency release forms and return to Church at Stony Hill.
